In order to attend the symposium and present papers or posters, it is necessary to be registered. Each presentation and publication in the proceeding is subject to the registration of the main author who has a personal log-in account in this symposium web page. In the case where more than one paper are being submitted by the same main author, please note that only one registration will be sufficient for their presentation at the symposium. Registration Fees The registration fees for attending the symposium are shown below:
The registration fee includes: Admission to the Symposium Reception at City Hall on 31 October Daily tea/coffee and Lunches CD with all Papers Proceeding Book with all the abstracts Program & List of participants Optional Activities During the symposium, in line with the tradition of the symposium, we will provide optional activities including Workshops, Seoul City Tours, Conference Dinner. Additional payments will be charged for these optional activities, independently of the symposium registration. All these fees are charged per person.
Payment Methods We only accept credit cards as payment. You will be able to print out a receipt of payment for yourself from the electronic payment system (eXimbay). Confirmation Apart from a receipt of payment, a final confirmation letter will be also sent by email as regard to your registration for the symposium. Alterations Any alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent directly to the by email or fax. Cancellation When your registration for the Symposium is confirmed, we regret that no refunds (including optional activity fees) can be made. On-site Registration The on-site registration for the Symposium will start on Friday, 1 Nov, at Seoul City Hall and will be open during symposium hours. Invitation letter If you require an invitation letter in order to obtain a Visa, an authorization or funding for the attending the Symposium, we can provide it to you. Just request it to |
